Every booking is confirmed by E-mail. In the absence of any written confirmation we can not be held liable for any errors or misunderstandings related therein.

  • Deposit:

To secure the booking we will require a credit card number or a deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation.

  • Cancellation Policy:

We are a small bed and breakfast and cancellations affect us greatly. Should your plans change, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
Your credit card will be used to secure your reservation. Notice of cancellation is required 14 days before you are due to check in, or a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation is applicable.
For a booking of more than 2 nights or for a booking of 2 or more rooms we require 30 days notice or a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation is applicable.
For cancellation's within 1 week of arrival, or any curtailment of stay a cancellation fee equivalent to the full or outstanding reservation will apply. The full reservation charge will applied for No show's.
